If you pay your dues with the payroll deduction program, your 2/19/12 pay check will be debited for your 2011 membership. If you pay your dues with a check through a delegate, membership cards will be available for 2012 starting January 1st.

NNS Employees wishing to participate 2012 Payroll Deduction must complete the Payroll Deduction Form 2012 before 1/30/12. (Click Here)  for a copy of the Payroll Deduction Form.  The form must be signed.
