Membership Application Fee $25.00 (Retirees $15.00) Make checks Payable to; Apprentice Alumni Association.: 2013 Membership form (Click Here); NNS Employees wishing to participate 2013 Payroll Deduction must complete the Payroll Deduction Form 2013 before 1/30/13. (Click Here) for a copy of the Payroll Deduction Form. The form must be signed.
