Shipbuilders played a big part in helping the United States honor the legacy of President John F. Kennedy back in the 1960s, when they built the first aircraft carrier to bear his name. As the nation gets ready to mark the 50th anniversary of JFK’s death, the Daily Press would like make we remember what shipbuilders did to make sure that legacy lives on. Attention Class of  2003-2006

Jessica Barber Ph: (757) 688-6367  is with the ASSA  and working on the yearbook staff assigned the task of creating a scrapbook of the years 2003-2006 of The Apprentice School. She is looking for pictures of The Apprentice School events from those years. She is looking for everything from sporting events to dances to volunteering events. .All skill levels are welcome to attend!  Tools are not necessary, but it would be helpful to bring a hammer, tape measure, pencil, and tool belt. 

Personal safety equipment (i.e. steel toes, safety glass, gloves, hard hat, hearing protection) are recommended but not required.
