- Apprentice Volunteers for The Children's Fishing Clinic.
The date of the event is Saturday, July 18th. The actual time of the event is 8:00 am - 12:00 noon. Clean-up is from 11:00 - 1:00 pm The Apprentice School Volunteers can start coming as early as 7:00 am and stay until clean-up is done. This is the basic information right now and we will be given you further details in the next several days. We will need the following information--same as last year--name of volunteer and t-shirt size and time they are volunteering. Example: some may come at 7:00 and stay until 1 pm., others may want to come in at 10 and work until noon-- The reason why I ask, is we find many of our volunteers may leave early and we fall short of help for clean-up. (Some of us are at the event at 5:30 am to get initial set-up going, the Fishing Clubs handle getting the rods and reels set-up, and the bulk of the help is needed just prior to the kids arriving, which is 7:00 am)
